oggenc is the back end, but grip is the  defacto standard under X, well,
thats what I use anyway.  Whats the advantages/Disadvantages of .ogg'ing
rather than .mp3'ing?  Am i correct in saying that you get the same
quality  for less bps in  .ogg than  mp3?
