Correct. The really sad part is that for all his faults, even Gates
almost certainly has enough of a grasp of mathematics to know that
it was wrong. It was probably written by a ghost writer, and no one
spotted the error until it was too late. I guess we all knew what he
was *trying* to say. But it's still amusing to see mistakes like that...
