Another one has crashed into the Pentagon, the whitehouse has been
evacuated.  I'm also told that Canary Wharf has been evacuated.  Apparently
this is based on a plan put together years ago where as many as 12 planes
could be hijacked in one day and crashed into major targets.

there has been a terrorist incident in New York.
Two planes have been crashed into the World Trade Centre.
We have it on BBC News 24 at work.
