/etc/lynx.cfg

Take note of this.  Debian stores _ALL_ config files in /etc
somewhere.  You can generally fine config files by looking at
/etc/packagename so for example, /etc/apache has Apache config files,
/etc/squid.conf is the squid package's config file and so on.
