Good link.

Possibly the worst explanation of balanced-line I've ever seen, though ;). 
Pick up an old copy of Guitar Techniques, or any of the American mags, and 
the Gibson adverts have a much better explanation (well, humbuckers, but it's 
the same thing ;), all in one scruffy diagram.
