[Gllug] Virgin ``Internet'' Cafes

There is probably a case of misleading marketing, perhaps if they rephrased the to "unlimited web viewing" or similar as to us the internet is certainly more than just looking at a web page.

Perhaps we should have a list of any good internet cafe's that allow ssh.
