We have hundreds of these style of machine  "ACM103 - 1U"

but there may well be a problem with faster CPU's about the PSU.
make sure you get a at least 250W PSU ... we have 500MHz celerons
in ours, with a heatsink combo fan assembly less than 1/2 inch thick...

yes and only 1 PCI slot ...=/

also get the bigger centrifugal fans, not the little axial low ones ...
