Hmm, yes. The binding would be easy enough, these days, but the
creation of the menu would require a spot of LISP programming. As an
EMACS weenie, I don't see that as a problem, but perhaps you do... :-)

[Although, as you will see from
<http://sawmill.sourceforge.net/prog-manual.html#Popup%20Menus>, the
necessary programming is pretty straightforward.]
