Yes, it does, although I'd argue that fvwm2's syntax is easier for a
non-programmer to grasp than is LISP's. As for fvwm2conf, I didn't
even know it existed :-) vi has always served me admirably when it
comes to configuring my window manager (be it fvwm, or before that,
mwm and in the dim and distant past, twm).
