I use this on my NT machine and it does a fine job of blocking banners,
making reading theregister.co.uk that little bit more efficient.  It also
does a fine job of identifying my machine as a linux box.  It isn't perfect
and does give errors sometimes but the benfits far outway the very
occaisional minor problem.
