IBM. What exactly is IBM's relationship with the US infrastructure? They
write AIX in Texas you know (this might explain a few things)[1]. I'm
not sure where they write MVS (or zOS as they call it these days), I
think it's NY.

[1] It's a bit weird exchanging emails with people in TX with Asian
names. It's just so contrary to the place's image. I know, I shouldn't
be so prejudiced. About TX I mean of course.
