It's not clear why this never caught on; 'ami', my 486/75, allows me
to do likewise (well, it's Fn/F2, but so what?)

On a Tosh, however, there is no BIOS setup screen; there's an MSDOS
and Windoze program to access the BIOS, and I believe a third-party
Linux utility.
