Not necessarily. All I can say is that I personally haven't run into 
any significant problems. Others may well have had different experiences.
But I have no qualms about recommending F2S. And yes, I have worked for
them in the past, and they're run by a friend. But regardless of that,
their service (for me, at least) has always been very good.
