The April issue of Linux format has DVD writing tools on the DVD version.

They can be found at /mnt/cdrom/Desktop/dvdrtools

and include

cdda2wav-0.1.1-1.i386.rpm   dvdrtools-0.1.1-1.src.rpm  dvdrtools-0.1.1.tar.gz
dvdrecord-0.1.1-1.i386.rpm  dvdrtools-0.1.1.tar.bz2    
mkisofs-0.1.1-1.i386.rpm

I don't have a DVD writer so I have not tried them !
