Is it possible that they just want to be able, if it comes to the crunch,
to say things like "OK, PROVE you didn't look at our docs"? The fact that
such an argument is self-evidently a pile of dingo's kidneys doesn't
really matter if you have as big a lawyer budget as Microsoft.
