If you go to the right groups, there is still plenty of decent content out
there...

I don't know if it's because I'm using a spam-cleaned server (i.e. I don't
know if the server is spam-cleaned or not), but I actually see *far* more
spam in my mail than in usenet.

I do see quite a lot on one group, but I moderate it, so the readers don't
see it :-)

There's also, ahem, binaries.
