[Gllug] Install day

I've set one up in west london, but it might be useful to have one in s/e/n
london as well? There'd need to be parking nearby though so people don't
get parking tickets from the $@!&*%@  wardens. Can anyone suggest a place?

If we had one in all 4 areas that'd be very good.
