[Gllug] kernel new/old config

I think it's stored in /usr/src/linux/.config which you can import from
the "make xconfig" form.
That's assuming you compiled the previous kernel, I don't think there's
a way of extracting the kernel config from a binary-only kernel (might
be wrong here).
