The cleanest method I have found (apart from the palm) is to use netscape
communicator 4.XX.   Import Contacts from Outlook.  You can then either
use that to export the whol eaddressbook to LDIF or use the Netscape files
directly in Linux.  Evolution and others will import from netscape's
addressbook.
