To some Emacs users - myself included, to a degree - it seems almost
beyond belief that anyone can usefully accomplish complex jobs like
programming in any other tool and find it of comparable utility to
Emacs. :-/

However, Emacs vs. vi is a silly discussion when it comes to mail
clients, since only one of them includes a mail client.
