It's the same with sitecopy, I run it after changing pages and ti will upload 
the relevant (modified) files. But what I wanted was not to worry about 
running sitecopy ever... ;-) a bit like what ddclient does for me in terms of 
updating my dns record, whenever my ipaddress changes; it runs in the 
background as it needs to.
