[Gllug] perl content manager system

Hiya folks,

over the last few years ive written plenty of website serverside stuff,
mostly to do things like manage some simple content, sort data, and
sometimes allow people to log in and store data etc,

recently ive been modifying code to accomadate specific functions of a
site while trying to maintain a bunch of common core functions, 

i call this little system 'gwi' (formally - gwip) graphical web
interface (formally - gwip written in perl) i want to genericise the
core package a bit more and tidy it up, ive been thinking of making it a
full project, anyone else intrested in helping?

one of the things that this little thing has appealed to people with is
that for data persistance it doesnt use anything external, it simply
uses little colon deliminated text files (no need for sql etc, just perl
and cgi)
