I don't know if anyone is particularly interested in these.
Thought I should pass it on anyway.

Subject: Advertisements for iVDGL positions

Hello all,

I am trying to get wide exposure for iVDGL positions at Florida (2
technology scientists) and 6 UK funded CS Fellowships (Computer Science
Masters). The web sites for the ads are

    http://www.phys.ufl.edu/~avery/ivdgl/jobs/scientist_3_2002.html
    http://www.phys.ufl.edu/~avery/ivdgl/ivdglcall.html

I am especially keen on recruiting Fellows for the UK funded program.
These
positions are open to any EU citizen with a CS background and are paid
very
competitive salaries by the UK e-Science program, plus travel expenses.
The
Fellows will work for 2 years at iVDGL institutions in the US. Please
pass
on this information to people who might be interested.

I am not familiar with the web sites and magazines that CS and other
information technology related people search for jobs. Could you all
send
me links to good sources? We are making a big push to hire people with
expertise in IT and CS, and I am trying to reach beyond the orbit of
HEP.
The UK e-Science people are probably willing to pay for their
advertisements, but I will know for sure on Monday.

Thanks,
Paul
