Hi,

Can anyone tell me how I can delete files that start with a - ?
I have a file called --help (due to an earlier misdirection accident) and I
also now have a file called -100003.csv (due to a program bug) but I can't
work out how to delete either of them as rm complains about an invalid
option for the second one and give me the help screen for the first one.
