define 'minor'.  OK, i'm not trying to start any flame fest here, i
havent read thru the other one yet, but it sounds like it was fun.

i think they should be educated so they can make their own informed
decisions, about whats right and wrong.  and not have things hidden from
them.  hiding things, only makes a child more curious.

true.  but i can make my own decisions about what links to follow, and
which to ignore.  I'm sure even a child can make the same type of
decisions, so long as they're educated enough.
