In that case I'd recommend that you try Conceptunet 
(http://www.conceptunet.co.uk) as they were very good for me.

For a web/app server even the entry level CPUs are planty and the cost 
saving means you can go straight for 1GB RAM which will probably be more 
useful anyway.

Alternatively if you must have a label I have a few Dell 1550 boxen which 
are very nice too. I suppose I'd happily recommend Dell kit.
