You can run a 133FSB processor at 100FSB but the chip will be multiplier 
locked, for example a 1GHz cpu with a 133Mhz FSB will have a 7.5 
multiplier 7.5*133=1000 (well 997.5 if you are a pedant) so if you ran 
it at 100Mhz FSb you would get 7.5*100=750Mhz which aint' so good.
