I used to use them exclusively, usually everything is fine but when they do flub
up its a major pain to get it sorted out..... I remember having a rant at their
MD over getting a frick'in £5 SCSI terminator that didn't get included in an
order. And the time I ranted at their webmaster for not supporting Netscape on
their 'ecommerce' website.... And the time I ranted at them for sending my a
dead DVD drive that took four months to get replaced... Ad nauseum

PS: I've just found a new use for google, a spell checker... Couldn't find the
right spelling for 'Ad nauseum' in M$ Word so I did a search on google and got
the right spelling first time... LOL
