[Gllug] sieve scripts

The reason it doesn't work is quite simple - the
Cyrus::SIEVE::managesieve perl module contains a whole one line of
code that isn't a variable being assigned or a module being require'd.

Oh, and the documentation has 'blah' 9 times. Check it out - perldoc
Cyrus::SIEVE::managesieve
