[Gllug] Is this very weird spam (WAS: sieve scripts)

I just got exactly this message to my own inbox exactly as it was
posted to gllug, except s/Mike/Matthew/. This has freaked me out, as
if it's spam, I can't see what it's spamming, and I've not posted to
GLLUG for months.
