The obvious answer is "LaTeX: a document preparation system" by
Leslie Lamport (the author of LaTeX). Published by Addison Wesley,
ISBN: 0201529831. I learned LaTeX from the earlier first edition,
but I imagine the second edition keeps to the same high standards.
