I think these blunders and the general lack of care described is
common to almost all agencies of/above a certain size.
With things the way they are at the moment, they dont have to
try to hard to get cv's in.

I had some very, very bad experiences with them as well.
Loads of lies, CV sent to clients I told them I had been put forward to
already, etc.
