[Gllug] OT - NTL issues and ADSL providers

Hiya,

I wouldn't get my councillor or MP making noises on the authority
of anything that NTL have said.

My experience attempting to take up the offer of their advertised upgrade
to digital cable and broadband, eventually found me cancelling the order
almost 4 months later, and additionally cancelling my current services
with them.

Are you sure that NTL are now offering ADSL?  I was under the impression
that where NTL did offer broadband internet, this was via their cable
infrastructure.
