OK, as usual I'm full of the good ideas, 
but lack the time to back them up.

If people want to volunteer, why not get together a Linux
demonstration system for schools?
Along the lines of the Linux Roadshow we have discussed.
Say use Linux Terminal Server Project to create 
a server and some clients.

The big difficulty in this scheme would be storing and
hauling the kit around.
