[Gllug] User Permissions

HI all

How do I prevent the root password prompt whenever I want to use kppp. I 
thought it was a matter of adding the user to the group but it does not seem 
to work like that. Do I need to do the following,

chmod +s /usr/sbin/pppd

or something similar
