IIRC, they're heavily in debted, but they have postive cash flow.
they'll probably just give they're debters stock in the company to
offset the debt.  or some such other financial hackery pokery.

i can see tho why AOL and MS would want to buy them.  quite a
frightening idea tho.  such great 'content produers' owning the final
presentation channel.  Warner Bros PPV movies to your redhat set top box
anyone?
