[Gllug] PNG transparency to BMP transparency

.png transparency is not widely supported even in web browsing yet
(certainly not the translucency effects that I'm waiting for). I think
your best bet is to put the graphics on a solid background and then
perform the conversion. You are certainly not, AFAIK, going to be able
to create .bmp images with transparent areas, so you might as well deal
with the problem at source rather than waiting until you get downstream
(... if you catch my drift).
