I'm not sure. If it does, I've never used it. I think you just use 
ipchains/tables to pre-filter what you want to go out the ppp0 
interface and it only comes up based on that. Then, once its up, you 
change the ipchains/tables from the ip-up script to allow the more 
general traffic. Then run it in reverse when the link is taken down.
