On Tue 02 Jul, Richard Cottrill made the following spurious claims:

> Basically - spam works. Become an annoying recruitment dweeb.

Tip for anyone using this approach: make sure you use a variant email
address or you'll end up getting crap for years after you've been
happily employed. I _STILL_ get idiots spamming me, phoning me etc
etc.

My recruiter procmail rules are now quite long -- and it seems my
email address has been sold, merged and leaked along as recruiters
have moved around. Course this is one of the few circumstances where
I've bothered to classify my spam rules so I can take them out, should
I need a job in the future.

Note that most of the ads on Jobserve are for jobs that don't exist.
Most of the time they're CV harvesting.

Scum of the earth, recruiters. At least normal spammers don't take a
cut of your wage!

Every year the international finance system kills more
people than the second world war. But at least Hitler was
mad, you know.
