[Gllug] Include file locations for Oprofile

OK, can someone please explain, gently,
to a bear of little brain, why Redhat put
include files in /usr/include/linux

I've been bitten by this once before when trying to
compile wlan-ng wireless networking modules.

Today I'm working on oprofile, which looks 
A Good Thing (TM), and some people round here are
interested in it.

I apologise if the answer is glaringly obvious,
and is tatooed on Tux's rear end. Or whatever.
