[Gllug] Folio Views

For my sins I need to be able to search through a proprietary database. It is 
written for something called FolioViews by Fien. This appears to be quite 
popular for corporate databases.
Is there any conversion software to something more sensible. 

There is something like 24GB of data so rekeying is not an option :-(
