Yep, Thawte were always the antithesis of the great evil that is Verisign.
They were helpful, easy to deal with, and generally did business in a fairly
ethical manner. Then Mark Shuttleworth sold the company off to Verisign for
excessive amounts of cash, which enabled him to buy his way into space. Hard
to argue with his logic, really, but it's a shame it turned out that way...
