Binhex is mac application files saved so they can be
stored on non-mac servers.
MacBinary are mac application files to be saved on mac
servers.
Both formats can be opened by Stuffit.
They have different levels of product>$

It seems to be one you have to pay for, but there is
an evaluation version.
The free software Stuffit Expander comes in
Win, Mac and DOS flavours and would do both BIN and
HQX formats.
