Well, maybe not so cool temperature-wise.
A quick look at Hitachi 1 Gbyte memory modules specs gives a peak
power of 18Watts.
So the thing would have ballpark 18 kilowatts of heat to dissipate.
Probably do-able with water cooling I think.
