No, it is an RDBMS, that's what all the relational integrity is about.
LDAP is an example of an ODBMS.  What you're referring to is probably
the fact that you can have user-defined types in Postgres.  That and the
non-standard sql extensions that let you treat tables as arrays give
Postgres some ODBMS-like features but trust me: it's an RDBMS.
