I have a Clara sysadmin in the room.  :)  They don't filter out any
binaries.  You get unlimited transfer for 100 UKP/year, or 10Gb/mo for
30 UKP/year, and then divisions between.  There is around five days of
retention for binaries, and about a month for text.
