[Gllug] Sendmail + SuSE 7.3

sendmail is not just our default mail handler, it's _the_ default mail
handler, which is why it installs by default with SuSE.  However postfix
and exim are drop-in replacements which are easier to deal with.
Internally at SuSE we use postfix, and our dedicated email server
`products' use postfix too.
