Okay so this appears to be just a tv tuner card.  Take note that if
you want to play things back, you'll need something with TV-Out.

I can highly recommend the Hollywood+ and other em8300-based MPEG
decoder cards.  The output quality is excellent.  Xine and mplayer
will cross-code other formats of files.

If you want to build a PVR, you might be better off going digital.
That way you just capture ready-encoded MPEG.  You also get these
funky new channels.

Apparently someone has the Hauppage cards working in the UK.
