Thank you for your e-mail.

I was very disappointed to read that you have received unsolicited
commercial emails from a registered Which? Web Trader. This is indeed a
breach of the Which? Web Trader Code of Practice. I have written to the
company reminding them of their duties as a Which? Web Trader and asking for
an explanation of the 'spam' email you received and an assurance that this
will not happen again. I trust that you will receive no further
communication from them.

Here at Which? Web Trader we aim to ensure that Traders accepted into the
Which? Web Trader scheme adhere to our Code of Practice.  We do this by
monitoring Traders' performance and service levels.  Monitoring will include
building up a profile of our Traders following feedback, complaints, mystery
shopping and other research.  Therefore your own comments and feedback on
this matter are very gratefully received.
