hmm..

can't recommend them personally

spent 20 quid on a 5 pound fan and it makes exactly the same amount of noise 
as the old one !

it did come with a 20p resistor - which will probably make it quieter ..but 
it came with no instructions/invoice/compliments slip so I just pluged it in 
and am about to try it with the resistor

but 20 pounds for a resistor is a /little/ steep !
